These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the alpismile.com website, our patient relations platform and our enquiry channels, operated by Alpi Dent Antalya ("Alpismile", "we", "us"), a trading name of DEEP SMILE ÖZEL SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİ TURİZM İNŞAAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, Antalya, Türkiye. By using our website or contacting us through it, you accept these Terms.

1. Our services

Through our website and communication channels we provide information about our dental treatments, respond to enquiries, prepare preliminary assessments and quotations, and organise appointments and treatment-related travel for international patients. Dental treatment itself is provided at our clinic in Antalya under a separate patient agreement and informed-consent process.

2. Not medical advice

Information on this website and any preliminary assessment or quotation we provide online is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or a guaranteed treatment plan. A definitive diagnosis and final treatment plan can only be made after a clinical examination by our dentists. Online quotations are indicative and may change after examination.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your dental and medical history.
Use our website and platforms lawfully; do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the services or misuse other people's data.
Only submit photographs, X-rays and documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to share.

4. Appointments, quotations and payments

Quotations are prepared per case and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Where a deposit is requested to confirm an appointment or treatment schedule, its amount and refund conditions are stated to you in writing before payment.
Invoicing is carried out under Turkish law by our clinic.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, logos and designs — belongs to Alpismile or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Third-party services

Our website and channels may link to or integrate third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibilities for the medical services we provide under the applicable patient agreement and Turkish healthcare legislation.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its date.

10. Governing law and contact
